††††††††† The Regular Meeting of the Marble Rock City Council was called to order with Mayor Engelhardt presiding with Councilpersons Ackley, Marzen, Schmidt, C. Schriever, and T. Schriever. Various citizens were present. Mayor Engelhardt led the Pledge of Allegiance.


††††††††† Moved Marzen/seconded T. Schriever to approve agenda. Roll: Ayes- All. Carried.


††††††††† Moved Ackley/seconded Schmidt to depart from the Agenda to accommodate guests. Roll: Ayes- All. Carried.


††††††††† Steve Wells talked to the council about his property at 408 S. Main St.


††††††††† Moved Ackley/seconded Marzen to have 408 S Main St. service line hooked up to the water main. If there are no leaks and the connection is fine the City will be responsible for the bill. If there are leaks and the service line is no good, Steve Wells will be responsible for the bill. Roll: Ayes- All. Carried.


††††††††† The Park Board spoke to the council and requested approval for a new roof at the powerhouse along with putting some fill in, on the North side of the powerhouse, and fixing the walking bridge. This will all be funded with the Community Foundation grant money.

Schriever to pass Resolution 2017-09 a Resolution to fix a date for a public hearing on a proposal to enter into a Water Revenue Loan and Disbursement Agreement ad to borrow money thereunder in a principal amount not to exceed $108,000 under contingence it being approved to be paid for with TIF money and agreement with Dorsey and Whitney. ††††††††† MAYORíS REPORT: The sidewalk projects are now complete, along with the School roof. Marble Rock Fun Days went very well and there was a nice turn out. Great job to the Marble Rock Fun Days Committee!

††††††††† The Sewer Usage rates were discussed. The rate wasnít at where it should have been, but is now fixed and being applied to water bills.

††††††††† A new dump truck and loader was discussed and will be further discussed at next monthís meeting.
