††††††††† The Regular Meeting of the Marble Rock City Council was called to order with Mayor Engelhardt presiding with Councilpersons Hubbard, Marzen, Parcher, Schmidt, Wells present. Various interested citizens were present.† Mayor Engelhardt led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Wells/seconded Marzen to accept the minutes of the
††††††††† Various delinquent bills were discussed.† The Council decided that from now on, Ĺ of any delinquent bill must be paid immediately and the other half paid before the next council meeting.

Engelhardt said he looked at tree at
††††††††† Councilman Wells explained what he had found out about TIF.†† He said that one year we were under paid and one year we were overpaid.† He said he discovered that the base number was incorrect that the county was using.† Council thanked Steve for all of his work and time and the miles spent getting this all figured out.

Wells/seconded Hubbard to adopt Resolution 2012-2 Setting Date for Public
Hearing on Designation of the Expanded Bradford Street Economic Development
District and on Urban Renewal Plan Amendment.††

††††††††† Civil Sanctions for a tobacco violation was discussed.† Mayor said the fine had been paid and papers signed stating this.† Clerk was instructed to send papers to the proper state office.

Development District Urban Renewal Agreement with
††††††††† Mayor Engelhardt said that at least 80% of Council needs to have NIMS training, but he wants all to get certified.† He said that way we will always have someone certified even with staggered terms.† Paul will also need to get certified.
††††††††† Mayor had attended the annual fire meeting and presented the Fire Department assessment for F/Y 13.† Moved Wells/seconded Parcher to approve the Fire Department assessment for F/Y 13.† Roll: Ayes- All.† Carried.† The assessment will stay at the same amount as this year, $14,323.68.
††††††††† Fire Department is discussing getting a new truck and the Council discussed different ways to get the city share.† More discussion will be held after we find out the cities share of the money and how long we have to pay.
††††††††† Mayor Engelhardt presented the Floyd-Mitchell-Chickasaw Solid Waste Management Agency audit report.† It will be kept on file for anyone to look at.
Wells/seconded Hubbard to give employees a 3% wage increase to start
††††††††† Proposed budget for F/Y 13 was discussed.† Moved Wells/seconded Hubbard to schedule a Public Hearing for Budget Estimate for Monday, March 5, 2012 at 7:15 p.m.† Roll: Ayes- All.† Carried.
††††††††† Other items discussed were water shut offs, city attorney appointment, cooler for Community Center, payment for bad water, and council salary.
