Mayor Engelhardt called to order the Public Hearing to Review and Application for a State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, and to Make Available to the Public the Contents of an Environmental Information Document and then City’s Project Plan. He called for any comment or discussion. A citizen question whether we had water treatment facility. It was discussed that the city does not have a water facility and takes other precautions to maintain the water. Mayor then called motion to adjourn. Moved Marzen/seconded Wells to close public hearing. Roll: Ayes- All. Absent- Hubbard. Carried.

Moved Wells/seconded Marzen to adopt Resolution taking additional action with respect to a Water Revenue Loan and Disbursement Agreement and authorizing, approving and securing the payment of a $44,000.00 Water Revenue Loan and Disbursement Agreement Anticipation Project Note. Roll: Ayes- Schmidt, Wells, Marzen, Parcher. Absent- Hubbard. Carried.

Informed everyone that there was a service line that broke in-between the bank and Whitetails which is the city’s responsibility. Paul dug the line up and fixed it and repaired the sidewalk. The insurance company is now taking care of things.
